Lorraine Allan
Ms Allan graduated B.A., University of Melbourne and Graduate Diploma of Legal Studies from the University of Canberra.
Ms Allan has more than 30 years experience in a number of Australian Government agencies, including the Australian Government Treasury, the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority and its predecessor, the Insurance and Superannuation Commission. She was also formerly a member of the Boards of the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation and HIH Claims Support Ltd.
Ms Allan was appointed Commissioner in August 2006.
