John Hobbs
Mr Hobbs was appointed Commissioner in November 2009 and has a strong background in financial regulation and supervision with over 15 years experience with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority and its predecessor, the Insurance and Superannuation Commission.
He also worked previously in the area of superannuation in the Australian Taxation Office and graduated with a Bachelor of Business in 1995.
