Global FX Trade Markets has never been licensed or regulated by the Cook Islands Financial Supervisory Commission, nor has it ever applied to be.

The following licence purporting to be issued by the Commission to Global FX Trade Markets is fake and should be disregarded.

CSL Banco

CSL Banco claims to be authorised and regulated by the Cook Islands Financial Supervisory Commission. This statement is false and misleading. 

CSL Banco has never been licensed or regulated by the Cook Islands Financial Supervisory Commission. The company has been requested to remove the incorrect information from its website immediately. 

It appears that CSL Banco has copied the details of a bank that is licensed in the Cook Islands, and has modified the details from that bank's website to fraudulently represent itself as a licensed bank.
